Randi Garrett is originally from Cocoa Beach, Fla., and she joined the Franklin College (NCAA Div. III) staff as an assistant in July 2017 and became the head coach in 2021.
Prior to joining the Grizzlies, she was an assistant and athletic trainer at Merritt Island (Fla.) High School for three years. While in Florida, she also coached boys indoor and outdoor beach volleyball.
Before joining the coaching ranks, Randi was a four-year player at Dominican College (NCAA Div. II) in New York, helping the Chargers to a 2011 conference title.
